Our Approach To Permanent Residence (Express Entry)
Exploring Permanent Residence in Canada
Permanent residence in Canada is highly sought after. With an average of 350000+ opportunities to immigrate over the next three years, and close to 80 different ways in which to do so, how does one go about determining how to undertake the venture? Which are the simpler, more popular ways to immigrate to Canada? Which ones have the quickest processing timelines and are they the best for your individual situation? Which pathway guarantees the highest chances of success? How do you go about setting yourself on the right path?
Irrespective of the pathway designated for your specific profile, the first step will be to determine your eligibility and qualifying pathway(s). The procedure above will vary slightly for the other economic programs that are not necessarily points-based. For example, for the AIP program, the procedure varies after the creation of the IRCC profile because the applicant must first secure employment in order to proceed with the process, and before they can submit an application for permanent residence. Similarly, for the PNP, which is also points-based, the process will vary after completing the IRCC profile since the applicant must first secure a nomination from the province in which they intend to work and reside.
Before you even consider applying to immigrate to Canada, you should know whether you are eligible. Eligibility is less about your qualifications than it is about whether you can pass muster.
The main focus is not initially on your potential CRS scores, but rather on issues concerning your admissibility. Are there reasons for which even if you qualified, your application is likely to be outrightly rejected? These could be around issues to do with prior reasons for rejection (usually misrepresentation or material misstatement), criminality and even your medical background.
While you might qualify, if there concerns in your background that would automatically cause your disqualification, you would want to know what these are and to have a legal clarification before you even proceed, or for that matter, how you may proceed.

Should I Use A Service Like Yours? Why?
You’re under no compulsion to use a service like ours. The service(s) we provide are advisory in nature and by their very nature therefore their use is optional. The reason you might very well consider using our service(s) is simply because of the convoluted nature of the immigration application process, the dynamism of the visa application programs, and the increasingly difficult rules and regulations around eligibility and qualification to apply under the nearly 80 categories of programs.
Also, we have painstakingly built the partnerships, practice and experience that qualifies us to offer these services over a long period of time – time which as an applicant you might not have, or which may cost an arm and a leg to build. Plus, we speak your language and we can appropriately empathise with your reasons for making the choice to immigrate.
The decision to do the application by yourself, or to use the assistance of any of the myriad service providers is entirely yours. However, to be successful at this endeavour, it is critical to manage the processes that lead up to an application, the documentation and everything in between the decision to apply and the actual submission in the right manner. Our goal is to reduce the frustrations that will inevitably result due to the complex nature of the processes or from the failure that could result due to needless mistakes along the way. Our clients are generally happy to escape the frustrations of dealing with the documentation and representations to be made in support of an application, the technicalities of complex rules and regulations and all the attendant challenges of going through the process. We can help you navigate the littlest of details that would thwart your attempt to immigrate to Canada and work with you confidentially around any issues that would limit your ability to access the opportunity – in the process saving you both time and money.
We firmly believe in strong working relationships with our partners and clients.
What Benefits Would I Derive From Using Your Service

Immigration Levels Plan For 2020-2022: Why Canada’s Immigration Policy Is Unlikely To Change Post-COVID-19
In the last week of April 2020, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada released details on the Government of Canada’s Immigration Levels Plan for 2020-2022 via an amended notice giving supplementary information on the plan even as the COVID-19 pandemic continued its onslaught on the global economy. What can we look forward to?
So, will Canada’s immigration policy and stance change post-COVID 19?
Throughout its rich history, Canada has been an open country. It has one of the highest rates of admission of immigrants in the world, despite the current global challenges around immigration management. Canada also has one of the best integration programs for immigrants in the world.
The Canadian immigration system is a complex labyrinth of over several categories of programs, permits and visas, each with its own unique criteria, requirements. These different programs and permits are unique and without a clear understanding of each, it can be a daunting task trying to figure which ones you actually qualify for or is a good fit with your immediate goals.
COVID-19 has caused the biggest disruption to life as we knew! As the virus continues to wreak havoc on the international economy, governments the world over are taking measures to contain its spread. The big question we’re seeing come is “What will the long term effect of the pandemic be on the Canadian government’s policy towards immigration?”
The Canadian education system is ranked among the best in the world, offering affordable, world-class education within a highly-dynamic, multicultural environment. In 2019, Canada ranked 3rd just behind US and Australia as the preferred destination for international students recording over 400,000 international student admissions in one year! Here are 7 Good Reasons To Study in Canada.
Canadian Immigration processing fees for permanent residence applications are set to go up effective from April 30, 2020. For some categories of applications, the fees are set to go up by 50% or more. The increments, the first of their kind since 2002, are attributed to inflationary adjustments in the cost of service delivery to newcomers into the country.
In 2019, almost 61% of all permanent residents admitted to Canada came from only 10 countries.
Notably, from the African continent, Nigeria and Eritrea featured prominently, contributing 12,595 and 7025 immigrants into Canada respectively, and occupying the fourth and eighth positions in the rank of the numbers of immigrants by source country.
